Chard Snyder has your next career opportunity. We have an opening for a full-time Implementation Administrator in our Mason, OH office.

The implementation administrator position is responsible for the setup of client demographic and benefit plan information, enrollment into new and renewing benefit plans, and related materials and plan maintenance for assigned clients.

The implementation administrator also provides excellent customer service by daily interacting with internal and external clients or designated contacts through phone calls and email, provides input on functionality and efficiency of setup in system, and provides administrative and subject matter support.

The ideal candidate will have great interpersonal and communication skills, technical proficiency, client/customer focus, and be accurate and organized and have the ability to prioritize, as well as:

  • HS diploma and further applicable education or equivalent experience
  • One year or more prior work experience in office environment – preferably in a related industry and/or function and with implementing or administering benefit and/or insurance plans
  • Technical ability and proficiency with Microsoft Office/Excel, software and computer applications – and preferably with database applications including formatting and formulas
