This
online repayment service is available only if you utilize
the Debit Card option as part of your FSA, HRA and/or
SmartCommuter plan. It is designed to repay expenses
that were either ineligible due to a lack of required
substantiation or did not adhere to IRS guidelines.
Once
your repayment has been processed, the corresponding transaction
and account balance will be adjusted to reflect the amount
of the repayment.
If
your account was blocked due to the transaction for which
you are submitting repayment, it will become unblocked
once the repayment has been processed and credited.
If
you are repaying an amount based on the email(s) or letter(s)
you received, the amount of your payment should correspond
to the amount listed on the email(s) or letter(s).
Please
enter a separate payment for each transaction ID (do not
combine repayments into one single online payment).
