Over the last 2 years or so I have had the pleasure of calling into your customer service center to gain information pertaining to my wife's benefit card [or] to get information concerning either balances or purchases. Each and every time I have called I have talked with the most courtesy driven and friendliest representatives ever. I am a pretty computer literate person and now that I have the knowledge to be able to look at our account I might just do that from time to time but the truth is, I would much rather converse with a real person who acknowledges me and gives me the reassurance, credit and respect that I enjoy hearing. Most other customer service departments should take note of how well you do your job and honor your customers.
