As your new Flexible Spending Account Administrator, we would like to introduce you to our services. Chard Snyder is committed to making it easy and enjoyable to use your Flexible Spending Account. A Flexible Spending Account allows you to pay for eligible healthcare and
dependent daycare expenses with tax-free dollars. You won’t have to pay federal,
social security or state taxes on the money you put into the plan. Your exact
savings will depend on your personal tax rate. (Please see the Domestic
Partnership Flyer for more information on how domestic partners can also benefit
from a Flexible Spending Account.)
It's So Easy to Use Your Flexible Spending Account
Just pay for your expenses and submit a claim. It’s easy to submit claims by email, fax or U.S. mail. Most reimbursements are received within two weeks depending on your plan’s payment option. Your plan may also include a Benny™ prepaid benefits card that you can use to pay for expenses directly from your Flexible Spending Account. For details on what is included in your specific plan, please check your enrollment materials, contact your human resources department or our customer service department.

Please give us your email address
It is important that we have your email address to send quarterly statements as well as instant notifications when we process and reimburse your paper and online claims. If you change your email address, you should log in to your account, click on Profile, and enter your new email address under View/Edit Profile, or send your email address to us at OEBBFSA@chard-snyder.com. You may also contact our customer service department and we will enter it for you.
