Our mobile app for savings and spending accounts allows employees to view account balances and specific transaction details, submit claims, send substantiation for applicable plans and opt to receive notifications via text alerts to their mobile device.
Mobile Claims Submission
- If enabled, employees can file new healthcare FSA claims and attach receipts or other document images
- Employees can add a receipt using their mobile device to a claim already submitted through the portal
- Images of uploaded receipts are archived and viewable to the employee
- Employees can choose to receive text alerts by entering their 10-digit mobile phone number under the Mobile Access tab in the portal
- Customize the types of notification alerts received by checking the box next to each alert
